I see no more than Balkan states here: Albania, former-Yugoslavia, Romania (Moldova) and Bulgaria. What’s the joke? “Safest” are equivalent of “poorest”? Ex-communist countries are not fully formed yet and EU should sustain them to progress. :nonnon
I don't know whether this is a joke or not, but at least this is a fact. Maybe the poorest countries are really safer because they don't make any pain in the ass to other countries.
This report regards not only "political peace". This report shows that this region is safe due to its climate, geographical position and other factors.
Because of the weather conditions for the last three days, the Northern Balkan region can't be called the safest. A lot of inundations broke many people's life.
yes, probably if this report was made during this period, the mentioned countries would hardly enter the white list.
the safest place in the world is an uninhabitated island, somewhere in the Pacific, where nobody could bother you and where you would not care about anything, including wars, happeing in the world

yes willy, but, at least, there are countries in which we could feel ourselves rather safe than not.
If global warming is going to expand, then sooner or later we won’t have any safe place in he world.
