1.prevent damaged cells from multiplying
2.stimulate DNA repair
3.normalize blood sugar
4.ramps up good cholesterol
The bad genes you can "switch off" are genes that:
1.create more bad cholesterol
2.prevent your body's ability to regulate production of healthy cells
3.is the reason of fat gainig and joint pain
4.allow the bad cell to grow without limits
The question is: how to "switch on" your anti-aging genes. May be with the help of healthy food?
