In order to gain an understanding of what to expect on a trip, it is a good idea to have some questions prepared. Try not to assume that the travel agent will take care of everything and inform you of all the particulars you are interested in.
First of all i think you should be sure that it is a secure travel agency and if it has license, another important thing is to be sure that your destination point is safe, I mean there should not be political problems, or there could be a lot of criminals and terrorist. A travel agent always should inform people about that.
