Helpdesk Administrator, Slough, Berkshire.
Our client is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to take calls for the Repair Response team, these will be calls from local residents and as a result you will be liaising with the relevant tradesman and management to action repairs. You will also have the responsibility of assigning/controlling maintenance requests and producing day-to-day worksheets and reports as requested. The appropriate candidate needs to be flexible.
