Can you tell me please good universities in Europe, if you know of good ones in Germany and Holland it would be great.

School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS) United Kingdom is a good one.

London School of Economics in England... it's one of the top schools for Political Science. Geneva, Switzerland is also a great place because a lot of world politics go one there... there are a lot of programs Geneva that are centered around international affairs.
