is there an add-on that tells you how much health you need and defense you need to do a dungeon or raid?
well you all know that its based on your level right? Well when I was finally able to do eye of eternity..i almost had a full group and one of them asked me about my health that its too low or something that u need 48k cuz im a tank and i have 32k of health. so what's the deal? how am i supposed to know if Im geared enough for a dungeon or raid if people tell me I'm not geared enough
oh i mean health is 34k and yes i do have tank gear and abilities

There is no fixed number for that, Try basic comparison in gearscores, Ussualy ordinary 5 man normal instances require u to have green and blue items. For heroic instances u need full or nearly full epic builds based on ur class and talent build, a tank has to have tank items healer healer items and so on. no mistakes there. Raid groups ask another player but mostly epics an Tier items
