Depends what is your expertise and native language. Those educated in finance field and language in russia should get job quite easily. Those with native english and some higher education might also get job quite easily.

there may be work for 'native' english speakers but practically speaking in Europe that means for Brits (Welsh Scotts as wells) and Irish. I suppose in the tourism sector, technology, and agriculture (picking blueberries) there is also employment.
I don't think you need Finnish for seasonal work. Most Finns speak excellent English.
