hi,
i have possessed study visa type D issued in January 2014 by Malta embassy which is vailed for one year .i want to change my study from Malta to Austria because the the fee and the college where i have been admitted is very expensive.my consultant had cheated to me and and he did not tell me the actual €7000 total fee per year of bachelor program before processing the visa which is very difficult for me to pay.Now i got to know that the educational fee in Austria is very low.so i want to learn in Austria .please tell and suggest me the best way how i can learn in Austria and what i should do for this.
