Hours 9 - 3 (flexible).
ADMINSTRATOR
JOB DISCRIPTION
· Answering incoming telephone calls and recording messages
· Typing of Letters, Quotations, Method Statements / Risk Assessments
· Opening post, date stamping and distributing
· Filing
· General clerical duties
· Recording up to date client information
· Reading and responding to / passing on emails accordingly
· Writing and issuing Hand Over Certificates
· On occasion ( during holiday cover) paying in cheques from paid invoices
General Office duties will occur and may not be listed above. The job involves dealing with clients, employees and the general public. It is a varied role in a relaxed but professional atmosphere. A contract of employment will be issued after a probationary period.
