We are looking for an energetic, organised part time kitchen team leader to work with a small team of chefs with an interest in nutrition and healthy food.
Key Skills required for the role:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a catering environment.
* Good food preparation skills and the ability to produce meals to a high standard by following specifically designed recipes.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
* Good decision making ability and demonstrated leadership skills.
* Ability to analyse information and situations in order to solve problems
* Willingness and ability to train, motivate, develop and mentor junior team members.
* Ability to manage own workload and that of others.
* Actively contribute to a positive work environment.
Thursday and/or Friday 8am-5pm and every Saturday 8am-3pm weekly.
