According to a newly published report by Informes de Expertos (IDE), titled “Informe del Mercado Español de Productos de Higiene Femenina y Pronóstico 2020-2026”, it is anticipated that the feminine hygiene products market in Spain will grow at a CAGR of around X% during 2020-2026. Growing awareness among women about the efficacy of such products, reduced societal stigma around the need for feminine hygiene, and the constant R&D activities to design ecological, organic, and reusable products represent some of the significant growth-inducing factors. However, certain factors such as higher VAT on feminine hygiene products levied by the Spanish government prevent many women in this region from choosing such products, thereby hindering the market growth.
