London: Finance administrator required for london based comp - EUjobs - 07-12-2008
One of our clients based in the City requires a finance administrator to start immediately paying up to £10 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a finance environment and experience using finance packages such as Sage and SUN accounts would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping duties
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciliation of statements
- Sales ledger duties
- Payments by cheque and BACS (weekly and monthly)
- Petty Cash
- Dealing with expense claims
- Dealing with queries from suppliers and employees
- Ad Hoc duties
- General clerical duties
- Ad hoc duties as required
