Dating site - Andrewz - 07-18-2008 Do you think it's possible to find your true love on a dating site? Have you ever tried it? What is your success? Re: Dating site - Benn - 07-20-2008 Dating sites are not so good as they pretend to be. Especially it regards boys. Many boys complain about the lack of ability of talking to a girl, this lack of ability will increase more if you chat on dating sites. Re: Dating site - Faw_Peter - 07-22-2008 if you take a look from another point of view, it is at the same time an opportunity for those who can't get acquainted with a girl on the street. She doesn't see him, only his words, and besides, typing is easier than spelling the words. Re: Dating site - M.Helen - 07-22-2008 Boys, I wanted to make you aware of the fact that if a girl made a profile on a dating site, she aims to meet a rich man. Or maybe she is too ugly to make boyfriends in the real life. Re: Dating site - Terry - 07-25-2008 In most cases, yes, I agree Helen. But maybe there's a girl who has a lot of guys, but she looks for somebody special, who could adorn her life. Re: Dating site - Benn - 07-27-2008 hardly possible such man ramble dating sites. But, many girls told me, the majority of men that communicate on dating sites simply look for sex relations, and need nothing else. That's why GIRLS, beware! Re: Dating site - M.Helen - 08-01-2008 I agree. Girls seek money, and men give them, but instead of sex relations. That's disgusting. Re: Dating site - M.Helen - 08-04-2008 Not at all. Even many normal girls consider this could be a source for "easy money". This is the main reasong they do that. Re: Dating site - Hakan G - 08-06-2008 I can tell you almost for sure that dating sites are business, and this business is profitable both financially and spiritual for its owners first. If that’s a freshly launched web site than it is almost 100% that more than half of the profiles were cloned from other dating sites (copied). The purpose of this strategy is to raise the popularity within web-users, and therefore the money proportions collected from advertisers. But even if you are talking with a person, whose profile is not fake, I still doubt that: - it will meet your expectations when you meet each other in real life - your distant relationship will bypass the communication level and will move to the next step And not the least, but most important: real life relationships have more fun and are more rich in feelings tens of times over. But everybody have the right to act and do what he feels is right for him. Re: Dating site - Karl.in.eu - 08-13-2008 I think dating web sites should only be recognized as a fun time wasting platform But you never know Re: Dating site - Steven - 08-14-2008 that's the point "you never know". First you take it as nothing serious, then, you begin to like the person you are talking to, after this grows to something quite serious. Re: Dating site - Big_Becka - 08-31-2008 I know a couple who met through a dating site: they were married within a year, and are now expecting a child (2 years from when they first met) I do not know if this is a good thing, or if they will divorce once they have known each other a little longer? Personally, I once chatted on a dating site and just got really creepy guys remarking on my measurements :nonnon Re: Dating site - Terry - 08-31-2008 whether they will divorce or not is a totally another story. The fact they got acquainted by a dating site and are happy now is the fact that is really important. Re: Dating site - Faw_Peter - 09-08-2008 For some people dating websites become an obsession, and even if they found a person they like, they keep visiting those websites, i don't know why, maybe it becomes a hobby. No one is caring about long term relationships. Re: Dating site - Steven - 10-19-2008 Actually there are now websites that control these things. I mean moderators will not allow a single negative word to be written to anyone. It's only one of many advantages such websites offer. It's just that they charge big fees for registering and monthly subscriptions. |
