London: Secretary in spanish law firm needs legal experience - EUjobs - 08-25-2008
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a English native speaking Legal secretary to work for a Spanish Law firm Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm or 11am-7pm
The the successful candidate will have Legal Secretary experience. Duties will include:
Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
Audio and copy typing
Meeting and greeting visitors
Diary management
and many other adhock duties.
You will be personable and reliable with the ability to work well on your own. You will also have a good knowledge of Spanish, written and spoken, and be able to communicate to people at all levels.
