DO YOU HAVE A PRIDEFUL FEAR? - euigorwithyou - 10-14-2008

He was friendly and a little shy. Nobody could even imagine that he is proud and fearful of other people. He would never consult his colleagues. He did his work and projects privately and feared that others will criticize him. Instead of consulting his colleagues, sharing with them and making sure he was doing the right thing, he concealed his preliminary work. The result? Slowly fear overcame him, and he stopped working.

Pride leads to regress through concealed fear. And we may fight fear just by being more open and more communicative with others.

By communicating with other people we simply open ourselves, just as a book. When everybody knows about the things you are doing and how you are doing, you feel totally free and almighty. So, in this context, the advice is good.
