WHERE COULD YOU FIND EXTRA ENERGY? - euigorwithyou - 10-15-2008
If you want to have more energy you should change your heart. Change your heart from a sponge of negative thoughts to a source of joy. How to do this? Choose a goal that is bigger than you. I mean, that kind of goal, which will pull you out of the center, where everything gravitates around you.
Next, try to fulfill this goal with joy, shedding your love and kindness on other people. Why? You see, your body is very wise: it opens "the gates" of positive energy for you, when it receives the signal that you started to fulfill a goal that is bigger than yourself and that you do this with love.
If you already do all of the above, than share with others this heart changing discovery!

I like advices which are focused on positive energy, and that's why thank you. I like them because I really believe they work. That "sponge of negative energy" can't be squeezed without your will to do it. While, if you don't do it, this negative energy attracted into it, will not disappear.

A good advice on how to gain extra energy: practice meditation. Meditation is a complex system for your brain which offers maximum conservation of energy and thuoghts.

Usually when I need a portion of exhilaration and a treatment against rude people ... make a break for 10 minutes with chocolate and coffee, then look in the mirror, smile, I say that I'm the most happier and I go back in the real world but with the disposition from my little world.

I'm always a positive man, I upload the energy of the environment. But I noticed that sometimes people around me take my energy with their negative aura, like stealing my strength and will and leave me alone with negative emotions. What can I do in such cases I have not yet realized. currently trying to avoid such people if I observe this phenomenon.

one can draw energy from music and dances ,,,this is a perfect way to relax,throw away negative emotions and find extra energy !!!

you should try to avoid eye contacts or cross hands on your chest and continue your conversation . But of course we should avoid such vampires :evil:

A friend (chinese medicine expert) told me the same thing.
He advised me to see often, eyes closed, a center within myself that expands and plead my energy to the negative.
I also draw benefits from the environment and especially by animals. My dog is better than a medicine :love

extra energy can I find in a company of friends, to disco, serving energy drinks , I think that he who seeks finds :twisted: . when i have not really good mood I find my extra energy into quiet music and relaxing. Drinks sometimes can make you feel most energetic, but the day you can have pain from head of alcohol abuse.
