London: Gbp20k basic telesales supervisor for legal consulta - EUjobs - 11-05-2008
DUE TO RECENT GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TELESALES SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC SALES TEAM.
This fast growing company is a leading legal consultancy with a proud reputation for providing expert advice and service for their clients' financial future.
Based in the heart of Brentford, over looking the canal, close to pubs, shops and restaurants. A friendly team of people, flexible hours, fantastic commisson structure and professional working environment.
Interviewing Immediately - Immediate start
You will be:
- Managing a team of 5- 15 people
- Monitoring calls and analysing (Service Professionals) SP's performance
- Reporting to manager
- Assisting in making outbound calls during peak hours
- Taking escalated calls
- Sustaining targets and improving sales efficiency through ongoing coaching.
- Delivery of team Buzz
- Maintaining close work relationships with SP's
Working hours:
- Available from 10 am to 9pm Monday - Friday, working on a shift rota basis
- Required to work two Saturdays a month from 9 am-1pm
- Working 40 hours a week
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of telesales experience and/
or some managing or supervising experience.
Ba an excellent communicator.
Have experience in a sales driven environment.
Friendly, patient and be able to drive a team of people.
