THE CULTURE OF DOING THE JOB - euigorwithyou - 11-24-2008
Are you always doing the job in a hurry, at the last moment? Do you put yourself usually in a tight time framework? If, yes, than it could be that you have never thought about the culture of doing the job. There is a certain culture in doing everything. The key element of this culture is planning ahead, which includes stages of preparation and implementation.
Why? Is it so important? Yes, it's an issue to the health of your mind. It's an issue related to the fact how do you treat yourself: with love or negligence. Also it relates to the fact, how do you treat others: with love or negligence.
The mind needs time to get organized, absorbed and "digest" the information, related to any activity.
To follow this culture we need to master the culture and see wisdom in saying "no" to others and to yourself, regarding activities, which "force" you out of this culture.
Are you the master of your mind, or the circumstances are the master of your mind? Depending how do you answer this question you have or don't have the culture of organizing your activities and doing the job.

thank you for good advice. Hope this will help me, since, i should recognize, I do my job in a very unorganized and unplanned way. I leave important things till the end of the day, and when I finish them, I realize that the day passed and I did almost nothing. :-(

also, if your job consists of routine things, try to find small differences in this routine, so you could divide the job into several pieces, it will make you feel easier.

I always do my job in the last second, don't know why, and rather often don't manage to fulfil all that is required, always in a hurry, what to do? Try to organise myself, but so far without success. May be I am in love ?

Stress and work in the office go hand in hand and you have to finish a project or deliver a report, then things become a downright nightmare. No matter how important is the project that is musai to finish it, please think about your health and, especially, the efficiency. Even if you think that you work longer, in reality the stress and fatigue will make you make mistakes impardonabile. To avoid mishaps we propose 8 golden rules to handle a job applicant.
Do not let clutter..... After you complete the program do your time, about 15 minutes to bring order to the office and to organize things for the day. In the morning you will appreciate the effort.

No overtime -Is simple. Working overtime is permitted in conditions which have to finish something quickly, but if you have time to drive is not any reason why you have to spend nights in the office. Manage your time carefully and you will not need to stay overtime.
Do not eat in the office... even if you seem to solve some problems while eating, not really doing nothing but tire you more. Get your 15 minutes, not hours, and eating quietly on a balcony or restaurant.

Don't use memory ....you say you will not forget and that you will remember all the steps that have to cross. But actually watching a lot of things. Use post-it-s with confidence!
Not delay the deadline sites whenever you remember you promised in high school that will teach the material after it gave a sentence? Did you ever learn? That deadline and sites! It will help you with anything one days extra, better that date and focused on the project.

Do not think about work during free time You think you help in any way that you spend hours thinking about how you solve problems at work? The only thing you do is get stressed and more!
Annoying colleagues? do not pay attention to them Let's face it, every office has set his unlikable fellow. If you pay attention then crave not solve anything. You need to focus on your tasks and not influenced by antipaticii quit office.
Do not ask days for vacation ...Vacation is not a favor, is an obligation of the employer. So do not be afraid to take your vacation days you have to get them. Even if is a difficult time!

I like this post very much and got answers to many of my questions. Earlier I did not had work culture but now after reading this post I have created and started following it. 'Planning Ahead' is the very essential for healthy mind that will prompt your mind to love you as mind gets time to organize information.
