Think about your friends, relatives, the poor people. Choose a person that addresses to you and give to that person something. It can be your time or money, item, or whatever. Giving to others makes MOST people feel good in their heart. It' would be enough to eat not more than 100 grams of chocolate per day, however it depeends on the tastes. Also I heard about aromatherapy, they say it helps too, but I didn't try. You may also listen to the music, or do sth that you really enjoy. |
