What surprises should I expect within a business process? - Terry - 05-09-2009

I would like to hear an experienced person telling about an efficient way of unleashing business process in the EU. Why namely experienced people? Well because theory is made from experience. What is the process which deserves primary attention - production process, or resource provision? Do I expect that the top manager interferes the affairs within the lowest level of employees and gives personal suggestion, or these are our supervisors who should be concerned about that? I've become a manager recently, and I want to know what to expect.
