The class form, the uniform program - all it "kills" creativity. The most remarkable creative person - the small little man, the human cub who is born with enormous requirements and possibilities on studying, development and world perfection. And we to it - "шоры", and we to it - "be not put out". Any elements of creativity "die" in a kindergarten, well and at school GENIUSES "survive" only. Such school reproduces itself. From "the dead" schoolboy "the dead" teacher turns out. More truly, not the teacher, and the teacher.
INDIVIDUAL PLANS are necessary to modern school. Children differ both on physical, and under psychological characteristics. At them different speeds of the mastering, different types of thinking. It is necessary to use ALL available means of the report of the information to the child: TV, Internet... It is much better, if the schoolboy listens (and sees!) the story about life evolution on the Earth from the scientist-popular writer, can set "heap" of questions which teachers-assistants, than a standard lesson with perusal of the corresponding paragraph in the textbook will answer. The present SCHOOLS of KNOWLEDGE headed by operating scientists and conducting training by own, original techniques are necessary. SCHOOLS of KNOWLEDGE unite in ACADEMY of KNOWLEDGE which carries out the control (together with ACADEMY OF SCIENCES) behind a form and content of educational process.
Accessible training
The noegenesis system should be accessible to any person during any period of his life. The noegenesis system is under construction as hierarchical structure. For access to the level necessary to it the entrant should possess a certain initial set of knowledge. For revealing of knowledge there is a system of tests. If the entrant does not pass test it goes on level more low.
Training demands considerable expenses. To make this system accessible, to each person, since some age, the SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL ACCOUNT is allocated. Means for such account arrive from the state budget in the size depending on age: there are the periods of a life most suitable to noegenesis. The working person can fill up the EDUCATIONAL ACCOUNT, listing on it earnings part. If it is not enough given means, the entrant can occupy means from relatives including with their EDUCATIONAL ACCOUNTS, or to obtain the credit in bank (on the security of means from the EDUCATIONAL ACCOUNT). Thus, the person can ITSELF, operating OWN means, to build the educational program, receiving knowledge necessary for IT.
