London: Experienced architect - EUjobs - 06-04-2008
AS Studio Architectural and Design Services is a design orientated architectural practice based in North West London. We are currently expanding our team of 6 and we are looking for an architect with between 2 and 5 years experience in the UK (essential) to work on several new residential projects. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and pro-active with excellent design, presentation and communication skills. High knowledge of UK building and planning regulations is required. Applicants must have competent CAD drawing skills, have experience of construction detailing (Auto CAD, Vector Works preferred but not essential). Clear spoken and written English and communication skills are essential.
The Ideal candidate is a Design Leader with Ability to manage and lead a team of designers in the future.
Salary negotiable.
3 months trial as self-employed and then negotiate permanent position.
