Heaven V offers the full monty of pampering and we need a hands-on team to indulge our members in this self-contained beauty and relaxation area.
Our ideal candidates will be bursting with enthusiasm and have enviably vibrant personalities!
Purpose of the role
To provide professional health and beauty treatments.
To promote the sale of products available from Virgin Spa.
To ensure personal and team financial targets are achieved
To ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
To champion and deliver the Virgin Active brand standard at all times
Must have:
Must hold NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy, ITEC or equivalent (in Beauty Therapy).
Must have strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable to members and other employees.
Previous retail experience is essential.
Ideally:
Previous experience within beauty therapy is desirable but not essential.
ESPA experience advantageous
Knowledge of the industry is preferable, although product training is provided.
Please note that this position is for an all around therapist and not a massage therapist position.
