Our client, a large law firm based at Blackfriars currently have a two month contract available to cover sickness. Experience within a legal mailroom is essential.
Your day will involve booking couriers and special collections e.g. Companies House, sending and logging outgoing faxes, forwarding incoming faxes using a computerised fax system, liaising with fee-earners and secretaries with regards to problem faxes, sorting mail, internal post collection and deliveries when required.
In a nut shell you will be required to undertake reasonable ad-hoc duties, as required, in order to provide an effective client service. The ability to work efficiently and juggle prioritize is essential.
Salary is £18,900 p/r. This could be a great stop gap for a candidate seeking a contract whilst the temp market is a little quieter.
