Airspace London - sedrick purdy - 10-28-2020

Airspace development is certainly not just the domain of commercial property owners, as multi-occupied dwellings (whether owner-occupiers of multi-apartment blocks, or multi-family dwellings, with shared ownership), as well as multi-ownership buildings, are also beginning to discover how to harness value from their spaces. This is particularly so when such property owners reside in properties that have become available through the purchase of new housing developments.

The most important thing a property owner can do when it comes to developing the value of their spaces is to properly plan for the development of those spaces. This will mean planning the way in which the property will be developed, the layout of such a plan, and the use of its facilities.

One of the ways in which the building's environment can be effectively improved is through the establishment of an effective space management plan. Such a plan can take into account such matters as the building's physical location, its external and internal features, and its position in relation to the rest of the property. Such an approach can have a dramatic effect on how the property can be sold, and what the property owner may receive for it.
