Are you Business Development Officer/Marketing Manager with consolidated experience within the UK construction industry? This an opportunity to join a well-established, dynamic construction company in Hertfordshire.
You will get the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and consequently a flexible manner is absolutely essential with excellent people skills.
There is a managerial element to the position and therefore you must be ready to take on this aspect of the role. You will be expected to take the initiative and drive activity forward.
This is an opportunity to join a company that has the abilities of a top twenty main contractor but a structure to deliver contracts at a level to satisfy our employer's expectations and therefore gain repeat business from them as a preferred contractor. You will be a vital member of the management team and all of your contributions will be noted.
We undertake multi-million pound regeneration projects in a sixty mile radius of London. Our work is focused in a variety of sectors but mainly encompasses new build and refurbishment.
Key duties:
General business development
Manage the Marketing dept
Marketing Activities
Maintaining Relationships/Building rapport
Tender/Bid Activity - OJEU notices, questionnaires, writing tenders
Development of overall business
