Russia: fire in a night-club in Permi - Laurentine - 12-09-2009
Tragedy in Rissia,Permi had happened on December 5. According last news,at least 125 people had died in a fire in night-club.The reason was using of pyrotechnics.But the main reason of dying so many people was illegal reconstruction of the building,so the routes of eacuation were blocked. The Governor of Perm,Oleg Chirkunov,reported that there was illegally constructed blank wall, which blocked the emergency exits. So, what is your opinion about this. Thank everybody)
