Now, what to do? Have you discussed the Christmas program with bosses? It would be good for you to prepare in advance and not leave anything on the last minute, otherwise you could wake up that you will be the assigned to work on holidays or in the first days of the year. Leave days In addition to holidays that you will have in this period of year, you can take, and a few days off, to enjoy a longer vacation. The point is to announce in advance that you intended to do that. Otherwise you could stir colleagues anger or you can receive a negative response from superiors. You should think out the program for winter holidays one month before, otherwise you are risking to lose your chance to have a rest at all. I think that everybody should have a rest, just some days, in a Christmas holidays, it is necessary and our bosses should respect that right. But if you want more than 2-3 days for the rest, you have to prevent and discuss it with your bosses. Does it calm, well-grounded and beforehand. |
