But how about that persons who eat sugar with bread, and they just don't imagine their life without these two white ingredients? How many times have we caught saying" the food is good, but that would be better with a little more salt? Salt is really a necessity, but improper consumption can become a hazard, especially for those suffering from certain diseases.
