Freezing - Lorry - 12-20-2009
When outside is very cold and should spend a lot of time outside we are freezing. How should we fight against freezing. Should we go fast in a warm bath or better to try to warm itself in a warm place. Could a person have a shock if it will take a warm shower?

I think it is good to take a warm shower and to drink a cup of tea. Then try to sleep because the organism became weak during freezing and it need relaxation and warm conditions.
