Long living - Martin - 12-22-2009 Everyone wants to have a long life, but unfortunately with each year our life become shorter and shorter. How do you think what should we do to make our life more longer? I've heard that people who live in big cities have a shorter life then those who live in small cities. Do you think it's true? Before bed, avoid food or drinks that might keep you up. |
