Well the only tips I can give you is based on my experience.
First thing is to study your lesson and memorize it by heart. Secondly practice it with the native speaker or if you can't find someone you could ask your professor if it's possible to practice talking with him/her.

In a few years time I am planning to migrate to another country with my family. Perhaps coming to a new country with a different culture and a new language can be at the same time exciting and difficult. For a successful stay abroad I think it is more essential to consider first matching your destination with your personal interests and your professional or educational goals.
