Many thanks for your information! I have been taking Alfalfa powder as a natural supplement for vitamins B,C,E, K, calcium, magnesium and potassium for many years. The difficulty is it is difficult to swallow and manage the dosage. Now I am doing it myself using the machine and empty capsules purchased from Dr. T&T, it really makes things a lot easier!
