Should one participate in office politics? What is the right professional behavior? - OriginatingfromFlanders - 01-26-2011 I want to know what should i do when colleagues in office play politics against me? Should i compete, or should i let go? Re: Should one participate in office politics? Alternatively, call for a team meeting and discuss it openly. Do not try to tell people your side one by one, they'll just use it against you. Re: Should one participate in office politics? There is nothing worse than having to show up to your job when it feels like you re being harassed because you did something stupid- always play the nice guy and more people will like you. Number one rule don't trust any body. |
