Once I start exercising I will go for a week and then stop and gain everything back. I herd some things that will help you but its strange (it works tho) When you weigh alot you are very depressed and its almost impossible to lose weight but if you start working out you feel better. I weigh about 220 im also 14 and im trying really hard to lose weight but i keep gaining... Other tips are: smelling vanilla can stop your craving for sweets, chewing sugar free gum can temporarily stop your hunger, the color blue is a very calming color. If i get bored i get hungry so I try to drink a sweet tea (low cal) to calm my hunger (and nerves). If you eat out of boredom you can always try to get out of the house. If its beautiful outside and walk to get some fresh air. If you have a friend take them with you to go walk its always better to have someone to support you. Give yourself rewards. If you worked out say 3 times a week for 20 minutes reward yourself with a book or a shirt you like never EVER reward yourself with food!! If you did bad a week then cut out a few hours of t.v. dont let your bad week make you gain weight by returning to food. Join a sport, go to a gym. anything is better than staying inside. I suggest taking vitamins too. Get out an mp3 player and put on some motivational music on it and start working out. The way im getting motivated is there is this guy i like and i want to look pretty for him next year when he goes to my school. Im also sick of everyone picking on me about my weight. and the fact that i dont look cute in my clothes. You can do it!! Just never give up!! Not just is it good for you in terms of vitamins, but it is also a perfect way of making your breath fresher.
