What are the chances for an immigrant student in Germany to land a job in a German company, after completion of Masters or PhD degree there?

It depends on what you study and how good a student you are, of course! If you study underwater basket weaving and you're mediocre, your chances are very slim. If you study electrical engineering and are a star student, companies will hire you whether you're an immigrant or not. Fluency in German is obviously important as well...
