London: Corporate team legal secretary bank st pauls 33k exe - EUjobs - 06-10-2008
This position is to sit within the corporate tax team of this large
Top 10 London law firm. We are looking for an experienced
legal secretary to Support a large team of 5 fee earners . This is
a busy role which primarily consists of organisational and administrative support, whilst typing is required it is only a relatively small part of the job (40%). Numeracy skills are also required in this role; and initiative, complete confidentiality, common sense and the ability to prioritise are essential with the objective to make the life of the partners as painless as possible.
The ideal candidate must work closely with the fee earners and
other secretaries as part of the team.
Duties will include
* client liaison, arranging meetings etc;
* reviewing of post;
* using initiative to deal with administrative matters;
* diary management;
* managing telephone calls in fee earners' absences;
* filing;
* organising travel arrangements;
* updating databases;
* preparation of billing.
This firm offices are modern and close to St Pauls and the surrounding new shops!
It will be a 35 hour week, 7 hour days with flexibility to starting times from 8.30am through to 10.00am
Salary £33k plus full comprehensive excellent benefits include 25days holiday
