They recently received an "outstanding" OFSTED report. The school currently require a registrar to cover maternity leave from July 2008 to February 2009. Main responsibilities of the role are to maintain all staff and pupil data on SIMS.net and recording & analysing all data on academic grades and relating to admissions. You will also have the responsibility of completing and submitting all the statutory returns to the London Borough. Candidates must have a high level of competence on MS Excel, Word and Mail Merge and strong experience in data base management. Experience in using SIMS.net and managing data in a large secondary school or similar institution are desirable. It is important all applicants are confident on the telephone and have good face-to-face skills. This is a full-time post averaging 35 hours per week. It is not term time only so you are expected to work during the school holidays. |
