Building Services Supervisor:
We are currently looking for experienced Building services supervisors within the maintenance industry to carry out various roles in and around the London area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a site supervisory role and able to take control and supervise sub-contractors, and liaise with the client in a professional and well organised manor. BMS experience an advantage.
Main Duties:
1.Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.
2.Provide first line liaison with the Client.
3.To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.
4.Complete worksheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation for the Clients representative.
5.Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through coordinators/Supervisors/Contract Managers
6.Carry out fault diagnosis, repair of and advise as required.
7.Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.
8.To control and advise on the BMS system.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
a. ONC/D Plant Engineering or equivalent
b. C & G in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
c. General plant maintenance including AHU's, drives and belts, pumps e.t.c.
d. On site mechanical/electrical maintenance experience (3 years)
e. H & S qualifications
f. BMS experience
g. Experience in PPM's & reactive works
h. Carry out risk assessments
i. Create Method statements
j. Issue agreed work permits
