London: Freelance graphic designer - EUjobs - 06-11-2008 An exciting opportunity exists for a freelance designer to join our dynamic media and event management company based in London Bridge. We are seeking a senior designer with a minimum of 3 years experience to work closely with our Event teams to develop and implement design concepts for various media initiatives, events and event collateral ranging from newspaper supplements, and brochures to signage and general marketing literature. The successful candidate must be able to commit to a period of 3 weeks - full time from mid May 2008, following that the work will be on demand and average out at 3-4 days per month. As a senior designer you will * Develop brand/design concept for events and event collateral * Work closely with internal clients on campaign(s) providing creative input * Possess good knowledge of major design packages, including indesign, photoshop, and illustrator * Have a minimum of 3 years experience * Ability to develop and work within brand guidelines * Ability to take design concepts to finished artwork * Good prioritisation and time management skills * Attention to detail * Have a positive and proactive approach Key working relationships: * Working closely with the Event Manager/Program Manager * Liaise with external suppliers (copywriters, printers, etc.) * Reporting to the Event Manager and CEO Candidates must hold relevant status documentation to work in the UK/European Community for over a year.
