However, most of the people don't even realize the early symptoms of heart attacks in the early stages, what a pity... :-( Re: Heart attack symptoms - Faw_Peter - 08-03-2008 normally it's recommended to go to a cardiologist, at least once in 6 months, even if you are fully healthy and feel no signs that your heart could be weak. I think it is awfully to feel these kind of symptoms and feel a great pain in the heart region.
