London: Cad technician site surveys london rates from gbp100 - EUjobs - 07-08-2008

Easy work for an interior designer or CAD user.
This could be a very easy money making role for someone with their own AutoCAD and experience of measuring and drawing up sites.
You will only be required to take accurate measurements of the structural walls, doors and windows (locations of) and stairwells.
The excellent news is that RCPs, structural pillars, electrical points etc are not required!
This should be very quick work if you have the necessary skills and experience.
We might even be able to provide a laser measure on loan for the duration of the work if you do not have your own.
There are currently 10 London sites needing attention with many more in line. Sizes range from 3,000sqm to 13,000sqm (minimal detail required).
It is essential that you are able to commit to this project full time. This role is therefore, not suitable to those in permanent work.
