Shape and excersize... Hmm... Ill go with soccer and tennis. They're both physical sports when it comes to moving and guaranteed to make you break a sweat. Go for either one of them or both of them.

If you set goals, I think it makes it a loooot easier. Think about if you have any specific events coming up, like a wedding, parties, event, etc. Then you can set a goal of about 2 pounds each week. ...
