I start the day saying out loud "Strength through the Lord", leap out of bed and start doing jumping jacks. Once you get the blood flowing everything is on automatic right after.

Cycling. Long distance cycling builds up endurance and keeps the legs strenghthened. Swimming is also good for endurance and leg strength.

this happened to me half of the semester this year so i worked hard and studied as much as possible. I also had a tutor help me out with many of my problems

Slowly work your way into it. Just go to the gym and look at the equipment. Then go and spend 10 minutes doing something. Build from there.
