If the rules are fair and reward good work, I think that should at least help morale even if you don't directly benefit from it.

I joined soccer and all we do for conditioning is 100 meter sprints and running miles on the track. also basketball, track, and cross country help with endurance.

umm well i dont need to lose weight but go on t-nation.com. they have supplements there that u can use that help u lose weight.
