I set goals. I'm motivated to achieve them for the first few days, but after that, motivation dies and I once again become apathetic, lazy and so on. Any tips on keeping up motivation for the long haul?
How do I get motivation that doesn't end after a few days?

Set a goal you see as extremely difficult to attain or unattainable.

One opinion. We are not all created equal. I am NOT a procratinator, but I am Type A. My son is a huge huge procrastinator and it seems odd to me, but when I started studying the Myers Briggs personality tests and results, it explains a lot. I would suggest you take the free test online.
