Our client is one of the UK's best known architecture practices, with offices in both London and Sussex, and they are currently working on a number of residential schemes. With about 70 people in their London office, they are currently looking to add an architectural technician to their team.
Skills:
Candidates must fluent in AutoCAD and have a strong technical understanding of how a building is put together. A proven background in producing high quality 1:5 construction detailing is important, and candidates should enjoy the buzz of working in a large office.
Benefits:
Located just a short walk from Hammersmith tube station, this practice is easy to get to from both the Piccadilly and District Lines, and is also serviced by a major bus station. Although this particular role is to start working on residential schemes, the practice covers a wide range of high quality projects including commercial work, healthcare and education. Roles start initially on a contract basis but with a view to staff becoming permanent after the initial 3-month period.
