Corruption in Russia

I think what he did is just changed the level of the money destined for bribing. What will happen now is that higher officials will have all the money, while ordinary people will be controlled upon that. The rich will become richer.

I hope this will not happen, provided that the complex of brand new arrangements will work for at least 50% of predicted result.

Certainly Russia will achieve certain successes in the matter of human right. But, I wonder if they take place along the entire country, on a national level...
