We require an experienced Bar Manager to take over the running of an established local pub in South London.
We are looking for someone with an Entrepreneurial attitude as we will be offering a unique pay structure that offers a percentage of the turnover as a wage.
This means that the more the bar makes the more you stand to make.
The pub runs in conjuction with a travllers hostel that is situated above of it, this is run independently of the bar and provides extra custom for the premises.
Please do not apply unless you have prevoius experience in running a Pub. We are looking for someone with some new and bold ideas to take the pub forward and if you feel you have the skills required please send me your CV.
