The Role:
A rare position for an Area Operations Manager has been launched by our client. A fabulous opportunity for someone to successfully manage a network of sub-contractors and monitor, support and challenge own resources through the resource manager, contract managers to ensure delivery of service excellence, high standards of maintenance and statutory compliance across all planned and reactive mechanical, electrical, equipment and fabric maintenance within budget and to develop enhanced customer relations and opportunities for extra to contract works.

Skills:
· HNC/HND
· BMS Controls experience or knowledge of Scada and PLCs
· Previous experience of managing a team of engineers
· Commercial experience - Quoting skills
· Trend BMS or Andover BMS training
